* Core Dynamics Physical Therapy, LLC is an out-of network licensed physical therapy clinic. We are not providers for any insurance companies and do not bill insurances directly. We will supply you with an appropriate receipt for reimbursement. We recommend you check with your medical insurance plan for possible reimbursement.


Important Insurance Information

New Jersey is a direct access state, which means you have access to evaluation and treatment by a physical therapist without a physician's referral. Although, we do recommend you get evaluated first by your medical doctor. Insurance guidelines in New Jersey state a referral is required within 30 days of start of treatment. The referral may come from MDs, Dentists, Podiatrists, Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Naturopaths, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners. If you come to therapy without a medical referral, you maybe asked to visit your healthcare provider if we feel it is in your best interest.
